The Web Edition of the Identiprise Suite gives you the tools you need to secure your Web-facing business applications. As you add new applications to expand functionality and service, it provides the capability to expand to internal legacy and external partner/customer applications.

A Web-based Identiprise Suite Deployment

This server is the hub of a powerful policy engine, Virtual Directory, and Protocol Support Modules. The Identiprise Server can be replicated at multiple locations providing for expandability, reliability for high volume installations.

Installed on Web servers, Smart Plug-ins facilitate communication between user requests from any computer browser to existing, Identiprise-protected Web applications.

The Certificate Server provides the ability to generate public key certificates and to manage the authentication process across applications whether they have been certificate enabled or not.

The Identiprise Suite simplifies user application registration by combining dynamic user registration with authentication management.The sophisticated regristration engine is configured to authenticate the user and to validate access to applications. This, coupled with the ability to provide for password reset functions, removes the requirement for administrator involvement.

The Identiprise Suite comes with a customizable Web interface that allows you to pass administration rights to the managers already responsible for granting access to applications in your organization.

Identiprise Web Service contains three Web Services designed to let you extend the Identiprise Suite to integrate your applications with those of your trusted partners. You can do this by developing Web Services based on SOAP and the Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML).
